Aim of Training:
Enable learners to gain a general awareness and understanding of equality, diversity and inclusion issues in line with UK equality legislation and how to implement policies to champion EDI within the workplace.

This course has been designed for anyone wishing to develop a general awareness and understanding of EDI issues or as a refresher for those who would like to update their knowledge and awareness. The course is based on UK equality legislation and focuses mainly on the Equality Act 2010 and the responsibilities of organisations and their staff in line with this law.
The course will take up to 2 hours to complete, although it can be paused and restarted at any time.

This course is accessible online and is designed to be used on your PC, tablet, phone etc. The course contents comprise of 6 modules. The final part will provide further contacts list for additional information and resources. Short tests will be given after particular units to assess understanding and there will be a final assessment task to evaluate learning at the end.
